Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for flood protection systems
Due to the fact that all flood protection systems listed in the shop are not prefabricated products and that their manufacture is based on an individual selection or determination by you (the consumer), the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with §312 Para. 2 No. 1 BGB.
The statutory warranty right remains unaffected by this.
For products from the accessories category, the right of cancellation applies in accordance with our GTC.
